1. Why not just hire a full-time business consultant or add to my development team?

Hiring a full-time senior consultant or development professional in the UK can cost over £70,000 a year, plus pension and bonuses. Additionally, your needs might fluctuate, leaving you paying for time you don’t fully use. With our flexible monthly plan, you only pay for what you need—pause or resume your subscription anytime.

2. Is there a limit to how many requests I can make?

No limits. You can add as many requests as you like. Depending on your plan, one or two projects will be worked on simultaneously, moving to the next as soon as one is done.

3. How does my guarantee work?

We agree targets and goals you would like to achieve within the first three months. If we do not achieve them, your subscription will be free for up to nine months until they are met.

6. Who will I be working with?

You’ll work directly with me. As the founder every project receives my personal attention. Specialised tasks like consortia development or industry engagement are managed meticulously to ensure robust qualification.

6. How does the pause feature work?

Sometimes you might not have enough for a full month so we are happy to pause your subscription anytime. For example, if 10 days are used and then paused, you’ll have 12 days left to use whenever you’re ready as your subscription covers a Monday to Friday work week.

7. How are larger requests handled?

Larger projects, such as full business plans or consortia development, are broken down into manageable phases. Regular updates and key deliverables are provided until completion.

8. How do I request services or support?

Requesting services is simple. Submit your requests by email, or schedule a quick call. The process is tailored to your preferred communication style for a smooth experience.

9. Are there any types of work not covered?

The focus is on opportunity engineering, innovation and strategic growth. Services like legal work, complex financial audits, or technical product development aren’t covered. If a request is outside this scope, you’ll be informed upfront.

10. Are refunds offered if I’m not happy with the service?

Due to the customised nature of the work provided, refunds aren’t offered. However, the commitment to ensuring your satisfaction is unwavering. Any issues will be addressed and taken very seriously.
